Where the quality setting lives
Start a video in the Cinemana app, tap the screen to show the controls, and open the settings gear. The quality list shows the available steps for that title. Not every title offers every level: older or lower-source streams may top out below HD. Quality options are identical across recent Cinemana APK builds. See the Cinemana app home page for the app in action.
What each level needs
As a rule of thumb, SD wants about 1 to 2 Mbps, HD wants 5 or more, and anything higher wants 10 plus a stable signal. If your speed test numbers are borderline, pick the lower step: a stable SD stream beats a stuttering HD one. The data-saving guide has the per-hour numbers.
Auto vs manual
Auto quality reacts to your connection moment by moment, which means the picture can yo-yo during a film. If that annoys you, set it manually and leave it. Manual is also the fix when buffering strikes on a shaky connection. On the big screen the choice matters more, so TV users should check the casting guide for the full setup.
