Rule out your connection first
Most buffering in the Cinemana app is the network, not the app. These fixes apply to any recent version. Run a speed test on your phone: you want at least 5 Mbps for smooth HD. If the number is fine but video still stalls, restart your router and move closer to it. Switching from mobile data to Wi-Fi, or the reverse, tells you instantly which side is at fault.
Lower the playback quality
Open the player settings during playback and drop the quality one step. On a phone screen the difference is small, and a stable lower quality beats a stuttering high one every time. The quality settings guide explains what each level needs. Heavy users on limited plans should also read the data-saving tips.
Clear the way on your device
Close background apps before a long session, especially anything downloading or syncing. Free up storage so the app can cache properly: a nearly full phone stutters on any video app, not just Shabakaty Cinemana. A quick restart of the phone itself clears more gremlins than people expect.
When it is not you
Sometimes the stream source is simply slow, and no setting on your end fixes it. Try a different title: if others play fine, the problem is that one stream. Wait a while and retry later. If every title buffers at all hours, revisit the not-working checklist for deeper app-level fixes.
