Start with the simple stuff
When the Cinemana app misbehaves, resist the urge to reinstall immediately. Close the app fully from the recent-apps screen and reopen it. Then toggle your connection: switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi or the other way around. Half of all "not working" reports end right here. Most remaining issues trace back to the install itself, which is why a fresh Cinemana APK install fixes so many problems.
Clear cache and data
Open Settings, then Apps, then Shabakaty Cinemana, and tap Storage. Hit Clear cache first: this wipes temporary files without touching your settings. If the app still misbehaves, use Clear data, which resets the app to a fresh state. You will need to allow the storage permission again afterward.
Check storage and network
Cinemana caches a lot of posters. If your phone is nearly full, the catalog loads blank and playback stutters. Free up at least a few hundred megabytes. On the network side, the app needs a stable connection for the catalog API: if videos buffer endlessly, the problem is usually the connection, not the app.
Reinstall clean
If nothing else works, uninstall the app completely, restart the phone, and install a fresh copy from the download page. A clean install clears corrupted files that cache wipes miss. When a newer build is available, the update guide covers moving to it without losing your place.
