How to Cast Cinemana From Your Phone to a TV

Mirror or cast the Cinemana app to your TV with Chromecast, Miracast, or a cable. Setup steps for each method.

The quick method: screen mirroring

Open the Cinemana app on your phone and start the video you want. Then open your phone quick settings and tap Cast, Smart View, or Screen mirroring (the name varies by brand). Pick your TV from the list. Whatever plays on the phone now shows on the TV, with sound. No special Cinemana APK build is needed for casting; the stock app mirrors fine. The Cinemana app needs no special setup for this to work.

Chromecast built-in

If your TV or dongle supports Chromecast, the Google Home app gives the most stable mirror. Connect the phone and the TV to the same Wi-Fi network, open Google Home, tap your TV, then Cast my screen. This beats the generic Miracast path on most TVs and is the method we recommend in the Android TV guide when sideloading feels like overkill.

Wired option: HDMI

For zero lag, use a USB-C to HDMI adapter. Plug the phone into the TV, switch the TV to that HDMI input, and the phone screen appears instantly. This is the best option for long movies: no Wi-Fi involved, so buffering can only come from the internet side, and your phone charges while you watch if the adapter supports it.

Quick answers

Does Cinemana have a cast button?

The app has no built-in cast button, so you mirror your whole phone screen instead. Playback quality stays good on a strong Wi-Fi signal.

Why is my cast lagging?

Put the phone and the TV on the same 5 GHz Wi-Fi network and stay close to the router. Mirroring is sensitive to weak signals.
