Storage: the important one
On first launch, Shabakaty Cinemana asks for storage access. This lets it cache posters, metadata, and playback data on your phone so the catalog loads fast and scrolling stays smooth. Deny it and the app still opens, but expect blank posters and sluggish browsing. This is normal for media apps and not a privacy concern. These are the only permissions the official build requests.
Network: obviously needed
Full network access is how the app fetches the catalog and streams video. Every streaming app needs this. It does not mean the app is uploading your files: in our testing the the Cinemana app build showed no unusual background traffic. The safety breakdown covers the full test results.
Changing permissions later
Open Settings, then Apps, then the app, then Permissions to review or revoke anything at any time. If the app starts misbehaving after you change something, the install error fixes include the permission-related cases.
